SignalCatch AI ("we", "us") provides automated customer communication for local service businesses: answering texts and website chats, scheduling appointments, appointment reminders, follow-ups and review requests. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with SignalCatch AI or with a business that uses our service, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address and service address, for example when you fill out a quote or booking form, chat on a website, call, or text us.
- Messages and requests: the content of your texts, chats and form submissions, and details about the service you need.
- Appointment details: times you book, cancel or reschedule.
- Basic technical data: such as the date and time of messages and calls.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
- To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments.
- To follow up about your request, ask for feedback or a review after service, and let past customers know about service offers.
- To connect you with a team member when needed.
Some replies are written by an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence. Message content is processed by our service providers solely to generate replies and deliver messages.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms for details.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With the local business you contacted, so they can provide the service you requested.
- With service providers that help us operate (for example, our messaging carrier, hosting and AI providers), only as needed to provide the service and under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business records, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
